Saved it for future re listening. Best advice ever: put one foot in front of the other and keep going. And be an inspiration to others. Give the match that starts the fire. Reply

Excellent class! Reply
In May 1990, as a young wife and mother in Marin County CA, I was invited by my shlucha, Mrs. Bashi Seredbryanski Dalfin, to attend the Shluchos Convention in Crown Heights NY. There, I had the privilege of hearing Mrs. Miryam Swerdlov speak for the very first time.
Until that moment, I carried some powerful assumptions about "religious" women: that they were always serious, that tznius meant limiting one's self-expression and that a meaningful life required a kind of flawless perfection.
When Miryam began to speak, all my expectations fell away. She was insightful, relatable, authentic, disarmingly funny, and profoundly human. She spoke about avodah not as rigid performance, but as a living, breathing relationship with Hashem.
That experience changed my inner trajectory, and decades later, I still tune in to Miryam's WhatsApp Coffees, and she continues to uplift, challenge, and inspire.Thank you, Miryam, for being that tuning fork that resonated and kept me coming back for more!
