WOW !! I knew an answer I did not pick and the women were right in my head. I already knew Sarah was first but I had to put Leah ahead of Rachel; when I did that Sarah was left out.
I knew it was the mishnah, not focused for that one either. I guess I expected to fail and didn’t disappoint. WOW !!! My own fault. Reply

I've never heard of Acharonim at all.
I thought Rabbi Akiva lived a little later than he actually did. But, I just found that he was 20 years old when the Second Temple was destroyed.
A hard quiz. Reply

4/10 I did poorly on this quizzes! My worst yet! Even with my low score this time! I do enjoy doing these quizzes! I learn so much about all things Jewish! Shabbath Shalom. Reply

Yulanda,

You get an A+ for effort! "Nothing beats a failure but a try", so I am told, and I attest to it that it is true! Don't stop! Keep going! Your bravery will take you places! You are a champion! Reply

5/10 so so This was a hard and interesting quiz. Again, I learned so much. I wish I could make an excuse, but no. At 75, I still like to learn, even through I do not do well on some of these quizzes. Reply

Rita Forbes Clinton November 24, 2022
in response to Lauren Diane Spector:

Hi, Lauren
You are 75 years young, you love learning, and that's a good thing! You are a beautiful inspiration for everyone! Although you thought that you didn't do well, to me, you did very well because you tried and you learned something new. You are an example that we all should follow; broaden your horizons and never stop learning!

Best wishes,

Did they have bound volumes in Rabbi Akiva's time? Even though I didn't respond with " The Louisiana Purchase", it was the only period where bound volumes could be found. Just being myself here - some would say "picky!" All in good nature.... Reply

Don't pin me down to a year, but it was right at that time that the first codices appeared. Reply

Mike Morristown, NJ September 14, 2022

9 out of 10, which is fairly consistent for this gentile. I never heard of Beruiah before. I enjoy these quizzes! (But Beruiah aside, this was one of the easier ones. Number 3 would have been harder had you not educated me previously.) Reply

Axel Berger Köln-Ossendorf September 17, 2022
in response to Mike:

Yes, but she was easy to guess as all the three others were before the first temple. I admit to never having heard of the Chafetz Chaim before and made one other quite silly mistake, so only eight this time. Reply
