9 of 11 for me. Yes I tricked myself on tefillin. The Moses question threw me off since the idea of "greatest prophet" puts me into double think mode. Of course Moses is the greatest of the prophets. Reply
I scored 9/10. The only reason why I got one wrong, is carelessness. Of course i know that tefillin is made from leather, not wood, but I mistakenly glossed over that question. Now i feel foolish, because it was such an easy question Reply

Oy, a shiksa got 9/11. Born & raised in ENY Brooklyn 84 years ago. Many Jewish neighbors who always gave me & my siblings matzoh during the holidays. Danny Kaye lived one block away, his parents owned the house for years. When he visited them the neighborhood went wild. He was so great to his fans. Thank you for a great website. I am in the process of learning so much. Reply
Nailed it! This is the first quiz since starting my journey that I knew that I knew the correct response to every one. I did stop for a second over the tefillin question (made of "wood"), but knew that tefillin are leather, so it didn't stop me for long... Reply
8/11 right. Not bad 4 this Gentile Christian Zionist! The lighting of the candles & the Shofar got me. #1. I thought the time of the lighting candles made it a trick question. I know women can light them but I thought it could be done just a few minutes before sundown. #2. I thought the Shofar was sounded before all Holy Days / Holidays. Oops! TY Rabbi Posner. I love learning about my Jewish brethren! Reply
wow. I got them all right. Not bad for a Christian Gentile of questionable intellect. Reply
10/11 i really thought that jerusalem wasnt the holiest and israel was Reply
Israel being the country, Jerusalem being the city... But you were in the geography! Reply
