Is this really correct? Isn't it missing the "Al Yisrael" paragraph?
Al Yisrael is part of a different Kaddish known as the Kaddish D'Rabanan. To read about other types of Kadish please see this link
I daven Nusach Ari with a minyan three times a day and unfortunately at the moment because I am a mourner I lead davening at a Chabad every morning. I know about Kaddish D'Rabbaban and say it at least twice a day. The Kaddish at the graveside is the same as the Kaddish that is said after a Siyum and it's the same as Kaddish D'Rabbanan except for the extra sentences from "D'hu" to ":Ush Chintay", at least that is the case for Nusach Sefard. I believe that all the Kaddishes in Nusach Ari are the same as for Nusach Sefard except for saying "Mezinuh Revichuh" instead of "Mezinay Revichay" and not saying the extra "brechamav" in "Oseh Shalom". Did you check the text with the editors at Kehot? For some reason this Kaddish is not in Tehillat Hashem which it really ought to be so I can't look it up, which is why I was searching on the web. The has to be in print somewhere. Can you please double check?
I am sorry. I just did some more research and found out that in fact there are six types of Kaddishes not five. I had thought that the Kaddish after a Siyum is the same as the Graveside Kaddish but it's not. The Graveside Kaddish here is correct and does not include "Al Yisroel" from Kaddish d"Rabbanan whereas the Siyum Kaddish does include it. What I was actually looking for was the Siyum Kaddish but I am guessing it's the same as the Kaddish here with the addition of "Al Yisroel" from Kaddish d"Rabbanan.
