As a child visited the bank for the first time, he watched the teller dispense thousands of dollars to one customer and collect thousands of dollars from another. The child marveled at the amount of money being handled before his eyes. As he left, the child turned to his father and said, “That man behind the counter must be a millionaire; did you see all the money he had?”
“Not so,” the father said. “You and I may be wealthier than he. The money he takes and dispenses is not his, but the bank’s. If he abuses this privilege and gives away or keeps one extra dollar, he can lose his job and the privilege of handling any money at all. He must always bear in mind the money’s origin and to whom it belongs.”

Our talents and wealth we accumulate is ours only because G‑d has given them to us to serve Him.
