Judith Olszowy-Schlanger is the President of the Oxford Centre for Hebrew and Jewish Studies. She studied Hebrew as well as Semitic and Ancient Near Eastern Languages in Paris, and obtained her PhD at the University of Cambridge on Karaite marriage documents from the Cairo Genizah.
