Where does he say here to learn "for its own sake"? I don't see that phrase in the subtitles. Reply

That is the thrust of what the the Rebbe is saying (even though he doesn't use exactly those words), as he contrasts a teaching position where payment is given for Torah learning, versus learning in Kolel that doesn't have an ulterior motive. Reply
