The International Conference of Shluchim takes place every year on the last weekend of Cheshvan. The Rebbe’s address to these emissaries was its highlight.
The International Conference of Shluchim contains a two-fold idea: that it is worldwide, encompassing the entire globe; and that the entire world resides within the heart of every Jew. Whether one is a child, a reserved person, or active in one’s community, his behavior as prescribed by the Torah helps you to convert every detail of the world into one illuminated with G-dliness.
