An address to children
The year is divided into twelve months. But Torah tells us that there are special years which have an additional month – changing the entire year into a Jewish “Leap Year.”
The Tzivos Hashem anthem is sung at a children’s rally in 770.
Addressing children in 770, the Rebbe sheds light on the significance of the leap year and the special lesson that can be gleaned the extra month of Adar.
