Korach How do you know so much about Korach and his personality? Reply
Thank You Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!(wish there was a better way to express my appreciation). Magnificent class! Reply
Rabbi Jacob Schochet Good Shabbos/ In your forward to the book Tzava't Harivash, you make the following statement." Chassidim made it possible that everyone, from scholar to simpleton,be able to taste from the Tree of Life. I find this book very valuable to my Jewish studies but have an issue with the word simpleton ,which means fool. I find the word offensive to those who are just learning. My opinion. Reply
So life Altering Thank you Rabbi Shochet for once again allowing me to see whether my battles are going with Torah or against. 99% unfortunately were not in the way of Torah. As you so eloquently articulated. The Torah's ways are peace and pleasantness. Thank you! Reply
To whom does simpleton refer? I don't understand Michael's comment. First of all, I don't see how it's related to the parshah at all (except insofar as it creates a controversy). Secondly, I don't see anything in the rabbi's sentence that implies that Michael or any other student is a simpleton. Simpleton means simpleton, not student.
