“Bagels anyone?” I love Chabad’s humor in these quizzes! I actually laughed out loud. Reply
I have been caring for a Christian male friend during the past 3 years, who is recently deceased. I always drove him to church and attended the service helping him to a seat. I have suffered innumerable problems - , health, financial and my flat was flooded. My flat walls are covered with black mould, so cannot inhabit. When the rabbi visited and blew the shofar, I asked him whether I was being punished for entering a church and for befriending a non Jew. The rabbi informed me that Ha Shem is forgiving and loving, not punishing. During Rosh Hashana, I reread the prayers, using my grandmothers Siddur and a friend's Siddur,/ He died ,more than 40 years ago. I read that G-d is indeed loving and forgiving. I cannot attend shul as none in the area. Also one must not drive, but in SAfrica, one cannot walk safely for fear of being mugged and killed, My mother of 83 was brutally murdered and my friend for whom I cared had been nearly murdered twice on his farm. 9 out of 10. I missed the one about which morning blessing is omitted. I couldn't remember. Reply

Ten out of ten! The one about the number of vidui was a puzzler. Just take the number of amidot for both evening and morning of YK and multiply by two.... one silently and one for the repetition. The others were reasonably easy. Reply
