כשנכבסו כו' קודם ל' יום. כןא כתב המ"אב שראה גאונים מחמירים לעשות צעיפי נשים קודם שלשים יוםג, ומבואר בדבריו דטעם המקילים הוא משום דזה לא מיקרי נראה מבחוץ, משמע בהדיא דאם באמת נראה ממשות החמץ אסור להשהותו אלא א"כ נעשה קודם ל' יום. וכ"כ בהדיא הט"ז סק"ב, דלראבי"הד יש להחמיר אף בבגדים אם נראה בהם ממשות החמץ, אלא שהוקשה לו מנהג העולם שאין מדקדקין בכך והאריך לחלוק על ראבי"ה, וכבר סתר החק יעקבה את דבריו והסכים לפסוק כראבי"ה, וכ"פ מהרא"י בתרומת הדשןו, וכ"מ במ"א שיש לפסוק כראבי"ה, וכן פסק רמ"א בדרכי משהז בשם מהרי"וח:
Rabbi Shneur Zalman of Liadi (18 Elul 1745-24 Tevet 1812), known as "the Alter Rebbe," was one of the main disciples of the Maggid of Mezritch, and the founder of the Chabad Chassidism. He is the author of Shulchan Aruch HaRav and Tanya as well as many other major works in both Jewish law and the mystical teachings.
