Passover is a Jewish holiday, when we get rid of all bread, pasta, cake and anything else that contains flour that has risen. Instead, we eat matzah, a flat cracker made with just flour and water.
On the first two nights of Passover, we have a special meal called a Seder, when we drink four cups of grape juice, eat bitter herbs (marror) and matzah, and the children ask the Four Questions.
