Since we are coming directly from Simchas Torahוּמִכֵּיוָן שֶׁזֶּה בָּא מִשִּׂמְחַת תּוֹרָה,
and joy transcends all limitations and boundaries, breaking through all restraints,1שֶׁשִּׂמְחָה פּוֹרֶצֶת כָּל הַגְּדָרִים, לְמַעְלָה מִמְּדִידָה וְהַגְבָּלָה,
the rejoicing of that day empowers us to break through and nullify all the restraints and limitations associated with our state of inner exileהֲרֵי זֶה פּוֹרֵץ וּמְבַטֵּל כָּל הַגְּדָרִים וְהַהַגְבָּלוֹת דְּגָלוּת הַפְּנִימִי,
as well as all the restraints and limitations associated with exile in its literal sense.וְכֵן הַגְּדָרִים וְהַהַגְבָּלוֹת דְּגָלוּת כִּפְשׁוּטוֹ,
And as a result, we will merit in the very near future the fulfillment of the prayer “May our eyes behold Your return to Zion in mercy,”2וְזוֹכִים שֶׁבְּקָרוֹב מַמָּשׁ יִהְיֶה וְתֶחֱזֶינָה עֵינֵינוּ בְּשׁוּבְךָ לְצִיּוֹן בְּרַחֲמִים,
with the advent of the True and Ultimate Redemption, led by our righteous Mashiach.בַּגְּאֻלָּה הָאֲמִתִּית וְהַשְּׁלֵמָה עַל יְדֵי מְשִׁיחַ צִדְקֵנוּ,
May he come and lead us upright to our land speedily in our days,יָבוֹא וְיוֹלִיכֵנוּ קוֹמְמִיּוּת לְאַרְצֵנוּ בִּמְהֵרָה בְּיָמֵינוּ מַמָּשׁ,
build the Beis HaMikdash in its place, and gather in the dispersed of Israel.3וְיִבְנֶה בֵּית הַמִּקְדָּשׁ בִּמְקוֹמוֹ וִיקַבֵּץ נִדְחֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וכו'
May the Redemption then proceed (until)4 “I will transform the nations to a pure tongue… and5 they will serve Him with a single purpose,”(וְעַד אֲשֶׁר) אָז אֶהְפֹּךְ אֶל עַמִּים שָׂפָה בְרוּרָה וגו' וּלְעָבְדוֹ שְׁכֶם אֶחָד,
and “Sovereignty will be G‑d’s.”6וְהָיְתָה לַה' הַמְּלוּכָה.
