10. Esau lost his birthright over a bowl of soup. A lesson learnt not to despise our blessings but keep it as your life depends on it! Shalom Reply

100 % right even if English is not my mother tongue 😊 Reply
I messed up on the Esau quiz! On question 9. I saw the words 'stole blessing' and clicked 'yes' before reading the question properly. I knew that Jacob stole Esau's blessing when his mother Rachael cooked some food for him to bring to his father Isaac and dressed him in Esau's clothes and put animal skin on him so that he would appear hairy like Esau! The Question 9 was actually 'did Esau steal Jacob's blessing' and I put 'yes'. I'm really annoyed with myself for being so hasty and stupid! Reply
You can do it a second time to set the record straight. We know you knew the answer, anyway. Reply
So my record of 9/10 isn't permanent? I can do it again as if It was the first time? Terrific! Thanks for that! Reply

9/10 So with a score of 9/10 I got question number #3 incorrect! This question threw me off! I didn't knew Esau served idols! I knew he was born a twin! and I also knew he was born very hairy! but I dont recalled reading he served idols! I guess I have some homework! to do! This quizzes really keep us sharp! So thank you Rabbi Posner! for another wonderful quizzes! Shabbat Shalom! May the God of Israel! bring peace to all Jewish people everywhere! Shalom. Reply
The story goes that his mother walked past a holy place and the baby kicked. And when she walked past a place of idol worship, the baby kicked. She either had a child that was confused but quite intuitive, or she had more than one baby in her womb. Reply

I am a Son of Noah. I scored 10/10. I know mine enemy. Edom's days are numbered. This Roman exile must soon end because of the extreme harshness of our foe. First, Joseph will wage an apocalyptic battle against Armilus-a crucible in which the Sages say even Joseph will perish. Second, King Messiah will appear, avenge Joseph's death, inaugurate the Messianic Era, and subdue Edom like his father King David accomplished in the days of yore.
I live an austere life: Torah is my daily portion whilst I patiently await Joseph to "Cry 'Havoc!' and let slip the dogs of war" against Edom.
