Prayer Secondly, you briefly mentioned in one of the early classes that for God's blessings(gifts) to come down from the spiritual world to the physical world it has to pass through seven stages. You promised to expatiate on it. Having been patient for some weeks I am assuming you forgot about it.

Take for instance God's kindness. I am paraphrasing you: You said God's kindness is an abstract spiritual reality. For it to be relevant in the physical realm, it will pass through seven realms.

My question is why 7? Why not 4 since we only have 4 realms( Atzilut, Beriah, Yetzirah, Assiyah)?

In Christianity, we are thought different forms of prayer like the prayer of supplication, prayer of confession, prayer of petition, etc. What are the views of Judaism on these forms of prayer?

What is the place of meditation and confession(declaring the world of God) in prayer?

Based on these lecture series, have you written or planning to write any book on prayer? I love to have one for my peronal study. Reply
