"Fruits of the ground" include vegetables, legumes, peanuts, and the "fruit" excluded from the ha-aitz blessing above: melons, bananas, pineapples, some berries.
On all these, make the "ha-adamah" (הָאֲדָמָה) blessing:
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְ‑יָ אֱ‑לֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם בּוֹרֵא פְּרִי הָאֲדָמָה:
Bah-rookh ah-tah ah-doh-noi eh-loh-hay-noo meh-lekh hah-oh-lahm boh-ray pi-ree hah-ah-dah-mah.
Blessed are You, L-rd our G‑d, King of the universe who creates the fruit of the earth.

What is the meaning of פרי
I thought is “fruit”. But I see that we use the exact word for blessing on fruits and vegetables.
Good question! פרי really means "produce". It can be used for anything that is produced by something. For example, children are called פרי בטנך- "produce of your belly" (Deuteronomy 7:13).
