The Rebbe addresses a group of Shluchim after a meeting of the Machne Israel Development Fund: “When a Shliach utilizes all ten powers of his soul, he adds a ‘Yud – ten’ to the word ‘Shliach – emissary,’ equaling the numerical value of ‘Moshiach.’” The Rebbe distributes dollars to be given to charity.
