A Timely Message
Reb Nochum Partzovitz, the beloved head of the Mirer Yeshivah in Jerusalem, had a private audience with the Rebbe in the early 1970s. His student, Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak Havlin, recounts the details of that meeting as related to him by Reb Nochum (1972).
