daf 42 gittin, the gemora talks about damage to a free mand and slave. he part free and part slave. my questionis the gemroa talks about free half of the slave gets money for pain and suffering and loss of earnings. the gemora does not discuss what the master receives when he is losing benefit because his eved is not working. therefor he is losing money form that eved so why doesnt the gemora discuss reimbursement from the owner of the ox for the owner of the eved as well as free man.
