כיון שאינו אומר לו בפירוש כו'. כ"כ המ"אא ופרי חדשב. והוא מוכרח בדברי הש"ע כאן שפסק ליתן לו דבר מועט, ולפי מה שכתב החק יעקבג דחמץ דמי לשאר חפצים דאפילו דבר מועט אסור, ועיקר ההיתר דאמר לו בפירוש על מנת שלא יוציאנוד, דשרי אפילו בשאר חפצים לשטת החק יעקב, אע"פ שבודאי יוציאנו, א"כ אפילו הרבה נמי שרי. אלא ודאי שדעת הש"ע לפסוק כי"א הב' שבמרדכי פ"ק דשבתה, וכן פסקו רש"ל ורמ"או וט"זז ומ"אח, וכן הוא בהדיא בב"י סי' שכ"הט. ודברי החק יעקב צ"עי:

Rabbi Shneur Zalman of Liadi (18 Elul 1745-24 Tevet 1812), known as "the Alter Rebbe," was one of the main disciples of the Maggid of Mezritch, and the founder of the Chabad Chassidism. He is the author of Shulchan Aruch HaRav and Tanya as well as many other major works in both Jewish law and the mystical teachings.
