לעיר אחרת כו'. לרבותאא, דאפילו יכנס בבית בעיר אחרת כשיגיע הפסח ושם יקיים מצות ביעור אפילו הכי חייב לבדוק כשיוצא מביתו, דדוקא ביוצא מבית הנכרי הוא דפטרי ליהב הטוש"עג, והיינו דוקא כשהנכרי נכנס לביתו קודם הפסח כמ"ש המ"אד שם, ועיין במה שכתבתי שםה. והחק יעקב סוף סימן זה מחלק בהדיא בין ביתו לבית הנכרי והוא פשוט ומה שנקטו הגמרא והפוסקים מפרש ויוצא בשיירא כבר תירץ החק יעקב בס"ק י"בו ועי' בפרי חדשז:
Rabbi Shneur Zalman of Liadi (18 Elul 1745-24 Tevet 1812), known as "the Alter Rebbe," was one of the main disciples of the Maggid of Mezritch, and the founder of the Chabad Chassidism. He is the author of Shulchan Aruch HaRav and Tanya as well as many other major works in both Jewish law and the mystical teachings.
