What I found interesting is that it says v'zochreinu every time instead of v'samcheinu.
Usually what I have seen elsewhere is that v'zochreinu is by rosh chodesh and rosh hashanah, but by yom tov would be v'samcheinu.
Since these inserts are intended to replace Yaale Vayavo (where "zicharon" is emphasized, not "simcha"), similar language is used here.
