I got 8/10 . It's good that i made 2 mistakes so I can review back what I miss to understand. I miss the first and the last . Reply
Rabbi,
Another great Parshah summary and quiz.

I scored 9/10. The only question I got wrong was the one about which nations/lands should the Jews not attack Reply
Hello Rabbi,
I scored 10/10. Great quiz, great scholar reviews and interpretations on the Torah scriptures (a must read for understanding).
I believe I have been guided to read, take a break to reflect, and answer a few questions along the way until the end of the seven sections has been the key to recent high scores without writing down notes.
Peace,
Deborah

Rabbi,
An excellent Parshah summary and quiz to accompany it.

The quiz is fun and interesting and the pictures are beautiful. However, is it possible to have a printer friendly version of the quizes that fit on one page? It's a lot of pages to print for the Shabbat table. Thank you. Reply
I did 4 Parsha quizzes and scored 9/10 on all of them
it reflects my knowledge of the bible because the answers are written
down without them my score would probably be much lower

Way to go Herm! Bible knowledge pay off eh. Reply
Rabbi,
Excellent readings and quiz this week. I surprised myself with a score of 10/10 (without a review of notes).
Thank you,
Deborah

Devarim Parsha Quiz 9/10. Not bad! Reply
Enjoyed it. Looking forward to more Reply
It helps and challenges you to study more the Torah, convinces you. We never study enough. Reply
Q1-Q9 were from Torah knowledge. The quiz was entitled, "Devarim Parshah Quiz." Howerver, the last question was based upon Rashi's exegesus. One could be knowledgible of Torah yet not answer Q10 which was from Rashi's opinion. Reply
Right. Rashi's exegesis here is midrashic/homiletic. For all its invaluable helpfulness, (here) it is not about the literal sense of the Torah narrative. Lumping the two together may be just confusing. Reply
Enjoyed the game. Reply

Dear Rabbi,
As always an excellent quiz. I scored 10/10 by the method I was given in 2025: read several sections (do not write down any notes), answer a few questions, take breaks or naps, return back to my studies, repeat the process until the end. Then take a final exam. I am amazed at how I can remember what I read with the methods. I must say, I have cross some difficult passages that make your mind spin or wonder who did what (those sections require a re-reading).
Also, while reading scriptures I have asked
G-d, why the killings of the animals
and children during a war? Because it makes me sad and uncomfortable. I pray that it all ends as soon as possible.
Peace,
Deborah
The seven nations that inhabited the land of Israel at that time, sanctioned child sacrifice, making them worthy of the death penalty
Dear Raymond,
Reading about the actions by those nations makes me sad too! Plus, what still currently goes on in the dark with sex traffickers in this country and those nations that still exist.
