wait wait wait. so how is being righteous or wicked not in the hands of heaven if, when God created the world, he saw everything that would happen, everything that everyone would do, and DIDNT edit or change things such that everyone would be righteous (therefore it was in HIS hands because by NOT changing it that's something He did or didn't do.) by standing idly by and allowing the wicked to be created and exist, He therefore kind of Was in control of their future morality right? therefore isn't the statement false that "everything is in the hands of heaven except fear of heaven?

Nobody gets into trouble for asking difficult questions. You're absolutely right that G-d does have all of the future mapped out before it occurs, and ultimately He's the one that causes everything, but there will always still be an element of choice in our actions. And still, because G-d knows the future, He's also knows exactly what our choice will be. So how can that be? Because G-d is nothing we can ever truly understand. But we do believe in His infinite capabilities to allow for contradictions to exist.
