Our teacher the Baal Shem Tov said: Every single thing one sees or hears is an instruction for his conduct in the service of G‑d. This is the idea of avoda, service, to comprehend and discern in all things a way in which to serve G‑d.

As a Non-Jew I just want to say that I do very very much appreciate being able to view this site and learn from all your years of collected wisdom. This message today especially seems to sum up what I have always felt about G-d’s Chosen people. You see Him in everything and in everything you worship Him. Thank you!!! I also believe that in these times whether they are the end times or not we need to develop a G-d consciousness and always be looking up to Him, around to our fellow man and within for our response to Him. Shalom!
In comment to Holly Holmstrom. G-d created this world of Torah and Mitzvahs out of love. There are no end times as there is only love. G-d created time and space for man and out of his endless love for us, he has given us the tools to work with, and wants us to be good to one another. To do kindness, chesed, and eventually to love one another as one loves his brother. G-d loves everything he created and wants only good.
