I scored 9/10. The only question I got wrong was the one about which nations/lands should the Jews not attack Reply

Deborah Lawrence, NJ August 2, 2025

Hello Rabbi,

I scored 10/10. Great quiz, great scholar reviews and interpretations on the Torah scriptures (a must read for understanding).

I believe I have been guided to read, take a break to reflect, and answer a few questions along the way until the end of the seven sections has been the key to recent high scores without writing down notes.

Peace,
Deborah Reply

Rabbi,
An excellent Parshah summary and quiz to accompany it. Reply

Laura R Wolfberg Modiin July 31, 2025

The quiz is fun and interesting and the pictures are beautiful. However, is it possible to have a printer friendly version of the quizes that fit on one page? It's a lot of pages to print for the Shabbat table. Thank you. Reply

I did 4 Parsha quizzes and scored 9/10 on all of them
it reflects my knowledge of the bible because the answers are written
down without them my score would probably be much lower Reply

Rabbi,

Excellent readings and quiz this week. I surprised myself with a score of 10/10 (without a review of notes).

Thank you,
Deborah Reply

It helps and challenges you to study more the Torah, convinces you. We never study enough. Reply

David Ben Soren August 7, 2019

Q1-Q9 were from Torah knowledge. The quiz was entitled, "Devarim Parshah Quiz." Howerver, the last question was based upon Rashi's exegesus. One could be knowledgible of Torah yet not answer Q10 which was from Rashi's opinion. Reply

Dmitry Sheinin Waltham, MA July 18, 2020
in response to David:

Right. Rashi's exegesis here is midrashic/homiletic. For all its invaluable helpfulness, (here) it is not about the literal sense of the Torah narrative. Lumping the two together may be just confusing. Reply

Anonymous West Chicago August 6, 2019

Enjoyed the game. Reply
