This is one of those quick and easy dinners you can have in the oven within 15 minutes, leaving minimal cleanup. Who doesn't love that?
Cut up a leafy green salad while it's baking and you're good to go.
Ingredients

- 4 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- ½ cup shredded muenster cheese
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese

HI, I was at home today with the snow and I used your baked ziti recipe as a guideline and since I didn't have those cheeses; I used others and it came out great! Thank you for encouraging me. My husband enjoyed it too.
