Thank you for the struggle, Ive lost weight because of it. This series has been an awful and oh so remarkably joyful struggle for me. I was thinking the other day about the struggle of my body and the struggle of my mind. When I exert my body or struggle physically I sleep like a baby. However, the struggle of my mind never lets me sleep. I have found that I must increase my physical self way more now so that when I do go to bed, my tired body forces my mind to sleep. My mind just never seems to tire of this book and of your explanations of it. No workout for my body on a day I watch and listen to your share of bread, I don't sleep which is good for a couple of days but no more! So I've had to up my exercise because of you and your shares. I bet you didn't think this series would be a great work out for both the mind and the body! Now I understand why Torah tells us we are to labor both physically and in our Torah study because the mind just doesn't tire like the body does. Again, thank you for enhancing my life twofold and some. Reply
