We are all charged with the same mission as Moses: to educate and lead ourselves – as well as those over whom we have influence – in the ways of the Torah. If we wonder how we can bear such a heavy responsibility, we should recall that when Moses asked G‑d the same question, G‑d immediately provided him with a practical solution. Just as G‑d gave Moses the means to fulfill his mission, G‑d gives us the means and resources to fulfill our Divine mission, regardless of how difficult or overwhelming our responsibilities may appear to be.1

The load always fits the camel Some people’s loads appear unbearable while others assume lives of ease. Are we to believe that the latter are weak so they must be given greater loads and the former nearly insurmountable troubles because they are so strong? For example, is the child who is sold into slavery by traffickers chosen for such a horrible ordeal because they are strong? And the talented and beautiful child born into wealth, privilege or royalty so gifted due to weakness? Reply
To answer this question, I believe, we would have to know the inner workings of HaShem. The simple fact is, we don't. We cannot say, with any amount of certainty, why one person is given one path of obstacles and another given a life of ease. Those decisions are made by HaShem. As I see it, the only thing we can do, is the best we can with what we are given, and hope we are doing it well. Reply
B'H I totally agree with your entire thought herChris, "No one knows the inner workings of Hashem." Perfectly stated! Reply

I like the idea that our way out is not only provided for us, but that way (camel) is properly prepared for the job.
