Is Tanya chapter 39 part 6 saying that a horrible jew that lives their life hurting others and is a bad jew still goes to heaven but their soul is reincarnated to another jew for them to possibly fulfill the good deeds of being a Jew? Does this reincarnation process happen when a horrible jewish person dies? And does it pass down generations?
If a person does not fulfill their purpose during their lifetime, their soul is given another chance after their passing when it comes down to the world again in a new body.
That soul is not necessarily born in the same family as the deceased.
