Rashbam - Ksav yadan Mimakom Acher Hi Rabbi,
I am trying to understand this sugya on beginning of daf 49a. He brings this concept from Kesubos (I believe) - that 'afilu ksav yadan mimakom acher' - I did not understand this, about the Eydim that try to say the Shtar was invalid they signed on. Could you explain this to me? Thank you
