This is so helpful. In my thimble sized brain I have been trying to hold the ocean of light. And despite all the beta blockers, ace inhibitors, calcium channel blockers known to medicine my B/P threatens dementia. My pride in my intellectual capacity is setting me up for splintering. I am praying and asking for any help I can get to yield this evil intention .
