The 102nd mitzvah is that we are commanded regarding the tumah of a garment which has a mark of tzora'as. The mitzvah includes all the laws of tzora'as begadim: how they become tameh and how they convey tumah; which need to be quarantined, torn, burned, or washed and purified; and everything else written in Scripture1 and handed down through the Oral Tradition.2
