רחמים מיד כו'. צ"ע בתשובת מהר"םא היכי מיירי, דאם לא כה"ג צ"ע מאי שנא מחולה שאינו מסוכן בו ביום שאסור לברכו. וא"ל דהתם ברבים, דהא אפילו כשמבקרו ביחיד אסור לבקש רחמים, עיין מג"א סקי"ד. ועוד קשה מאי מייתי מתענית חלום, התם הוא צריך להתענות היום דוקא, שיפה תענית לחלום בו ביום,ב משא"כ הכא אף אם יש סכנה אפשר לבקש רחמים למחר כמו בחולה המסוכן שאינו סכנת היום. ואי מיירי כשיש סכנת היום אפילו בצבור שרי כמ"ש בש"עג זועקים כו' לברך כו' עיין מג"א סקי"ד. וכן א"ל כדמשמע מט"ז סק"[ד] דבנרדף שרי אף שאינה סכנת היום, וה"נ מיירי בכה"ג, דא"כ אף בצבור לישתרי כי התם. ולפי מ"ש אתי שפיר וצ"ע:
Rabbi Shneur Zalman of Liadi (18 Elul 1745-24 Tevet 1812), known as "the Alter Rebbe," was one of the main disciples of the Maggid of Mezritch, and the founder of the Chabad Chassidism. He is the author of Shulchan Aruch HaRav and Tanya as well as many other major works in both Jewish law and the mystical teachings.
