Modeh Ani

Recited immediately upon awakening:

I offer thanks to You, living and eternal King, for You have mercifully restored my soul within me; Your faithfulness is great.

מוֹדֶה אֲנִי לְפָנֶֽיךָ מֶֽלֶךְ חַי וְקַיָּם, שֶׁהֶחֱזַֽרְתָּ בִּי נִשְׁמָתִי בְּחֶמְלָה רַבָּה אֱמוּנָתֶֽךָ.

Transliteration

moh-deh ah-nee li-fah-neh-khah meh-lekh khai vi-kah-yahm sheh-heh-kheh-zahr-tah bee neesh-mah-tee bi-khehm-lah rah-bah eh-moo-nah-teh-khah.

Al Netilat Yadayim

Recited after ritually washing the hands:

Blessed are You, L-rd our G‑d, King of the universe, who has sanctified us with His commandments, and commanded us concerning the washing of the hands.

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ, אֱלֹהֵֽינוּ מֶֽלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, אֲשֶׁר קִדְּשָֽׁנוּ בְּמִצְוֹתָיו, וְצִוָּֽנוּ עַל נְטִילַת יָדָֽיִם.

Transliteration

bah-rookh ah-tah ah-doh-noi eh-loh-hay-noo meh-lekh hah-oh-lahm ah-shehr keed-shah-noo bi-meetz-voh-tahv vi-tzi-vah-noo ahl ni-tee-laht yah-dah-yeem.

Recited after going to the bathroom:

Blessed are You, God our Lord, King of the universe, Who has formed man with wisdom and created within him many openings and hollows. It is revealed and known before the throne of Your glory that if one of them were to be closed or if one of them were to be opened, it would be impossible to survive even for a brief time. Blessed are You, God, Who heals all flesh and acts wondrously.

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ, אֱלֹהֵֽינוּ מֶֽלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, אֲשֶׁר יָצַר אֶת הָאָדָם בְּחָכְמָה, וּבָֽרָא בוֹ נְקָבִים נְקָבִים, חֲלוּלִים חֲלוּלִים, גָּלוּי וְיָדֽוּעַ לִפְנֵי כִסֵּא כְבוֹדֶֽךָ, שֶׁאִם יִסָּתֵם אֶחָד מֵהֶם, אוֹ אִם יִפָּתֵֽחַ אֶחָד מֵהֶם, אִי אֶפְשַׁר לְהִתְקַיֵּם אֲפִילוּ שָׁעָה אֶחָת. בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ, רוֹפֵא כָל בָּשָׂר וּמַפְלִיא לַעֲשׂוֹת.

הֲרֵינִי מְקַבֵּל עָלַי מִצְוַת עֲשֵׂה שֶׁל וְאָהַבְתָּ לְרֵעֲךָ כָּמוֹךָ.

hah-ray-nee mi-kah-bayl ah-lai meetz-vaht ah-sׂayh shehl vah-hahv-tah li-ray-ah-khah kah-moh-khah.
