Dear Rabbi,

An excellent quiz! On my pre-quiz I scored 15/18. The readings about the females as a minor to being divorced are confusing, therefore, I answered them incorrectly; the question about the metal cookware was tricky too.
I scored 18/18 on my final quiz (I must tell the truth).

Peace,
Deborah Reply

I scored a very mediocre 13/18. My favorite question here is the one making it clear that G-d advocates the death penalty for the crime of murder. People who are in charge of such things should take note Reply

Dear Rabbi,

I scored 18/18 this year! I have gone from notes to taking zero notes within a year. Thank you for a great quiz.

Peace,
Deborah Reply

Rabbi,
A lot of great items in this double Parshah.
The quiz covers it very well. Reply

Hello Rabbi,

16/18 score! Tricky questions 2 and 4 and I got both wrong. I thought a female was a minor under the age of 12 1/2 and all metal had to go through fire 🔥; that’s why I labeled them tricky.
But, still a great double quiz this week.

Peace,
Deborah Reply

Rabbi,
Thank you for the Parshat discussions and the quiz. Reply

14/18 I am happy with my results as a Gentile! After looking back at the questions I got incorrect! I should have gotten more right! But I was rushing and so therefore I wasn't thinking! I will do it again just to appease myself! Of how much more I should've gotten right! With that said, Thank you Rabbi Posner! for putting these quizzes together! I really enjoy the quizzes! they help me to learn what I don't know, and help to refresh my memory on what I do know! Shabbat Shalom. Reply

Steve Ky July 14, 2023

Rabbi,
Another wonderful quiz.
Thank you for putting these together: retaking the quiz until you get them all correct is a good way of reinforcing the knowledge.
Sometimes I get them all correct on the first try: a great feeling! Reply

Yay! I got an 89 the first time. I have also been copying the book of Deuteronomy, each morning, and it really sinks in. Makes a lot of the other readings more familiar. Reply

Orah Denver July 17, 2020

I answered the questions without having read the parsha yet. It's all from last year's (and before) memories.
Chabad, this is a great idea 💡, adding learning to your הדלקת נרות app.
