unholiness I've noticed, when Modeh ani is somehow interrupted...(for me ) it can wreck your day. when the first words out of your mouth, are spoken in anger, or irritation...your day has just been signed by the signature of defeat. All kinds of crap will then also happen...someone left the door open...it's 40 below zero out there!!! my electric bill was $400 dollars this month...Close the door!!! what the he%$ is wrong with you people??!!...so much for Modeh ani. so I rinsed out my mouth...went to take a shower.. No hot water. see what I'm talking about?? BAM!!
