Many times I don,t understand what is being said,...But some how I understand. I can feel a whole lot of warmth in different places in my body, and sometimes i begin to sweat or cry for what seems to be 'no reason at all'....And I feel so much better in my heart and mind and my spirit is lifted and elevated!...
