At the conclusion of a weekday Farbrengen, the Rebbe distributes packets of dollars to the “Tankists” – Chassidim who run the Mitzvah Tanks, to give out to the rest of those present.

The Rebbe hands packets of dollar bills to the “Mitzvah Tankists,” to distribute to Chassidim.
