Interesting points! Though I wonder: according to one opinion, Pinchas was the grandson of Yitro, and thus the offspring of a male Israelite/female Midianite relationship. Would that make him potentially biased too, or would you say it doesn't count, since he's not IN such a relationship like Moses was?
