Parshah Insight: Korach

To whom does simpleton refer? I don't understand Michael's comment. First of all, I don't see how it's related to the parshah at all (except insofar as it creates a controversy). Secondly, I don't see anything in the rabbi's sentence that implies that Michael or any other student is a simpleton. Simpleton means simpleton, not student. Reply

Chassidim made it possible that everyone,from scholar to simpleton,be able to taste from the Tree of Life. I find this book very valuable to my Jewish studies but have an issue with the word simpleton ,which means fool. I find the word offensive to those who are just learning. My opinion. Reply
