Thank you. I just have a question about what you said that we don't blow shofer on shabbos, because we might walk 4 Amos in rishus harabim. how will he get the shofer to rishus harabim to carry it 4 Amos with out doing the isur of going from one rishus to another? Reply

Re: This question is discussed by Rashi and Tosafot to Talmud Sukkah 42b.
Rashi explains that carrying 4 cubits in a public domain is more common than taking from a private domain to a public domain, because often things are taken from or to a Karmelis (an intermediate domain), which does not present a Biblical violation.
Tosafot suggests that people are more careful when it comes to taking items from one domain to another, whereas carrying inside a public domain is an easy mistake to make.
