Intermediate Talmud: Lesson 15: Who is an Am Ha'Aretz?
The sages of the Talmud used the term am ha'aretz (lit. people of the land) to refer to those who were willfully ignorant of Jewish law. What is the exact definition of am ha'aretz? We also discuss other people who cannot join a group recitation of Grace After Meals.

Good afternoon,
I would like to thank Chabad for the useful info in the website. I do have a question, but I would like to point out that I only watched 8 minutes of the video so far.. so excuse me if my question if it was answered in the rest of the video.
My question is why Am Ha'Aretz can not participate in some blessings? Doesn't Elohim listen to all of his worshipers prayers? a god should love and listen to all of his people, not only some specific ones..
Thank you
