Question: chapter 4:5 Regarding which hand to use, from previous study I understood that with the now common use of tissue, this is no longer a concern. If it is still a concern, does this apply to women who obviously do not wrap tefillin. Reply
RE: Regarding which hand to use Thank you Chana for raising this point. The Tzitz Eliezer in Volume 7 Chapter 2, a highly regarded halachic authority, thoroughly analyzes this subject and does conclude as you have written.
Being that today we use tissue paper and do not directly use our hands, it is permitted to use your right hand.
