This is a very nice and awesome presentation! i think Chabad.org needs to make more behind the seance videos for the kids so i don't get more than 4 questions by the Seder on Pesach. Reply
How would the matzah become chametz.? It has no leaven. Reply
My question exactly. Things don't seem to be right. Reply
If the dough is allowed to sit for too long (18 minutes) without being kneaded, it can begin leavening. Reply
Why does the flour and water come in through separate "windows" ? Reply
This is a precaution to ensure that no leavening occurs. Reply
Woohoo!!! Sooo exciting! Thanks for this great visual…get out of Egypt in haste!!!! Reply
Thank you for a great video! Reply
Why do they put the indentations in, is that for the cooking process or just to achieve the look? Reply
it is to help prevent it from rising Reply
I live it! I love it! this video puts you in the mood for the joyous liberation - redemption mode -- Get to it!! So fun, Happy Passover Holiday Reply
Oh, what a thrill to watch it! Chag Sameach Pesach! Reply
Nice music - what instruments are played? Nothing about baking! Enjoy in Shalom! Reply
So, was it just flour and water. Can we use oil? That should be made clear. Fun to watch but not helpful. Reply
Sorry if it wasn't clear. Shmurah Matzah contains only flour made from wheat that has been watched from when it was growing in the field and water. Reply
The title of the video is wrong. It shows how hand Matzah is made, not how Shmurah Matzah is made. Reply
Shmurah means "watching"and in the description it states "handmade shmurah matzah"... Reply

what bakery is this where they most of the box's matzos are complete-Shaleim? (or was it just for the video?:))
Probably only window shopping!
