Torah errors So very interesting, but I had always heard that if an error; word mispelled, left out, etc. was made in making the Torah, it was burned and the scribe had to start all over again. Because of this (law?), the Torah, I understood, would come come from the original and would be uncontaminated. Is this correct or does this pertain to some other to writings or has the Torah process been changed through the years? Appreciate your reply and enlightenment on this question - thank you.
