Apparent contradiction Mikvaot - Chapter 2. Halochos 1 & 14. Mikvaot - Chapter 2. Halocho 1 says "dough or mud under one's nails" intervenes.
Halocho 14 says "filth that is under a nail" does not intervene.
How come please?
