Torah in general It makes so much sense to me...I don't even have a question ! :-) Reply
I have a question - according to the mishpatim 4th portion, we learn that a kosher animal that is a roadkill or torn by an animal could be given to the people of the world (non Jews) because the kosher laws don’t apply to them but what if a non Jew has decided to embrace the laws of kashrut purely because that nonJew loves Hashem and has embraced the Torah? Isn’t it wrong then for a Jew to give the kosher roadkill to the this particular non Jew? Please let me know.

Being that a non-Jew does not have a Biblical requirement not to eat that meat, there is no prohibition against giving him meat in the context of forcing him to sin.
However, if he is unaware of the fact that it is not kosher meat, giving it to him would be considered "geneivat da'at", deceit, which is also prohibited.
Therefore, you can offer it to him, but you cannot give it to him without letting him know that it is non-kosher meat.
