Question on the first fruits

Thank you very much for your emphasis on importance of thanking HaShem. My question is that those first fruits are taken after 3 years from the planting of those trees?

Generally It takes 3 years for fruit trees to produce fruit. We want to give the tree of the chance to be mature enough to produce those initial fruits. Then we separate the first fruits as a gift to G-d. Reply
Rashi In line 2 Rashi talks about 'zayin shemen', and 'dvash'. But the Torah doesn't mention those at all in that line. What gives?
